Our 24oz cups are made from PET plastic (Polyethylene Terephthalate). PET is known for its clarity, food contact approval and its ability to be recycled.. Yes, customization is common. You can print a logo, a small tagline or a simple design that stays readable from a distance. Though our cups are considered disposable, they can in fact be used a few times. Please be sure to clean your cup well prior to additional uses. Yes our food service cups are made from BPA free materials and they are food safe. Yes, we do offer a variety of compatible lid as an add-on. Flat lids, dome lids, and straw-slot styles are common. Our minimum order for printed plastic cups is 1000 cups for each size ordered. We can provide you with samples of printed cups that we have printed for others. You can review these samples for print quality, size and overall feel and fit. Due to the nature of the printing process, we are unable to do small sample runs of your specific design. It holds 24 fluid ounces which is about 710 ml. Dimensions vary by style, especially for taper and lid fit, including many 24oz clear plastic cups.

Turnaround
Clear Plastic Cup Turnaround
Turnaround time refers to the number of business days to complete your double wall cups after proof approval and payment of your order. (See Proofing tab for explanation of proofing times). Turnaround time does not include shipping time.
We offer the following production service levels for 8oz double wall coffee cups
- 10 business days
- 7 business days (50% surcharge)
- 5 business days (100% surcharge)
- Fastest / Urgent - As fast as 48 hour turnaround. Contact us for pricing
In addition to RUSH production we do offer different UPS shipping services when faster delivery times are required. Different shipping options can be calculated at the shopping cart.
Proofing
We provide digital PDF proofs for all clear plastic cup orders prior to going to print. When considering your turnaround time, please allow time for us to review your artwork and to provide proofs for approval.
PROOF TURNAROUND TIME
Artwork provided using the HotShot template files: Once we have received your order and template file, we will prepare a proof generally within 1- 2 business days.
HotShot to provide design services: Depending on the complexity of the design required, and completeness of supplied files, a proof will generally be prepared within 1-2 days.
IMPORTANT:
- Supplied files of poor quality may create delays in providing artwork services and generating of proofs - Upon APPROVAL of proofs, orders must be paid prior to actual printing of the sleeves.
