Variety of Coffee Cup Sleeve Sizes
Most of our coffee cup sleeves will fit most common 12oz to 20oz hot cups made of single wall materials. Smaller sleeves will fit 8oz and 10oz hot cups, while larger sizes can fit up to 16oz-24oz plastic cups for cold drinks and smoothies. Please just ask your customer which sizes they like, and I am confident we have a size for you.

Print Quality
Our background is in commercial printing, so we know print! We print with large offset printing presses, producing the highest quality printed images and graphics on paper coffee sleeves. Your customers can enhance their plain paper cups with a custom printed cup sleeve using 1 or 2 colors, or full color graphics! If colors are critical, then we can also print using your client’s required Pantone colors.

Coffee Sleeve Paper
We will provide your customer with a paper choice. Choose our 23 pt Clay coated Newsback Paper (CCNB), made of 100% recycled paper. Or select our thicker corrugated material, which provides the highest insulation for hot cups. Sleeves will be printed on A-grade papers, which allow for sharp detail and richly saturated full-colour images. All our wholesale coffee sleeves are eco-friendly and 100% biodegradable.

Short Lead Times
We offer some of the fastest turnaround times out there! Sleeves can be completed in 7-9 days for order sizes less than 20,000 (and only a few days more for larger orders!). If your customer is in a real rush, we also have RUSH services.

Blind Shipping
We offer blind shipping of cup sleeves directly to your customer’s door. We ship small orders by UPS ground and air services. Large orders of bulk coffee sleeves are generally shipped by truck by one of our many LTL carriers. We pass our discounted rates on to you, or you can use your carrier if you prefer.

What sleeve types are available for wholesale orders?
All four sleeve types are available for wholesale orders: Classic Standard, Classic Premium, Corrugated Standard, and Corrugated Premium. Classic sleeves are made from 23 pt 100% recycled paperboard. Corrugated sleeves are made from fluted kraft backed paper with a smooth white print side. Both are available in semi gloss or matte finish.
What sizes are available for wholesale coffee sleeves?
Our wholesale sleeves are available in five standard sizes: 8 oz, 10 oz, 12 to 20 oz Classic, 12 to 20 oz Corrugated, and 16 to 24 oz Cold Cup Sleeves. Additional custom sizes are available on request. Because cup dimensions vary between manufacturers, we recommend confirming fit with a sample carton before placing a wholesale order.
What happens with repeat wholesale orders?
Your client’s artwork plates are stored on file after the first order. Repeat orders are faster because there is no plate setup required again. This also helps maintain colour consistency between your client’s first order and future reorders.
What print ready file formats do you accept?
We accept AI, EPS, and print ready PDF files. Artwork provided using our template files is processed fastest. If your client does not have print ready artwork, we also offer design support. Rush production is available for time sensitive wholesale accounts. Contact us for details.
Do you offer Pantone colour matching for wholesale sleeve orders?
Yes. Pantone colour matching is available on all premium wholesale orders for both classic and corrugated sleeves. We recommend your clients provide Pantone references rather than colour values taken from a screen or digital file for the most accurate result across reorders.
Do you offer blind shipping for reseller accounts?
Yes. We can ship directly to your client’s address with no HotShot branding on the outer packaging. Your client relationship stays entirely yours. We never contact your clients directly or disclose your account pricing to third parties.
